Revvin ("we") pays approved partners ("you") a commission for new paying customers you refer to revvin.co. Joining is free. We may accept or decline any application.
You earn 40% of the cash we collect from each customer you refer, after discounts and excluding taxes, for as long as that customer keeps paying. This covers Revvin Pro (monthly and yearly) and the Launch Package. Payments of $0 earn nothing.
A customer is yours if they sign up within 60 days of clicking your partner link, or enter your partner code at signup. If they clicked more than one partner's link, the most recent click counts. Customers who already had a Revvin account before clicking your link are not eligible.
Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment clears. We pay on the 15th of each month when your payable balance is at least $50 USD. Smaller balances roll over.
Commissions on refunded, disputed or charged-back payments are cancelled. If we already paid you, we deduct the amount from future payouts.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent. You are responsible for your own taxes. We need a completed tax form (W-9 for US persons, or the applicable form otherwise) before your first payout.
Every post, video, email or message that mentions Revvin must clearly disclose that you earn a commission (for example, "#ad", "#affiliate" or "I earn a commission if you sign up").
You must not: claim results, earnings or customer outcomes Revvin has not produced; promise anyone income or specific returns; present yourself as a Revvin customer unless you are one; describe Revvin as paying referrers on a business's behalf (businesses pay their own referrers); or post fake reviews on any site, including G2, Capterra and Google.
You must not: bid on "Revvin", "revvin.co" or misspellings as ad keywords; send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or unsolicited texts or calls; use your own link to sign up yourself, your own businesses, or accounts you control; target real estate, mortgage or insurance professionals; or use Revvin's logo or name in a way that suggests you are Revvin.
We may remove you from the program and cancel unpaid commissions if you break these terms or commit fraud. If we end the program or remove you without cause, we pay commissions already earned.
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Commissions earned before a change are paid under the terms that applied when they were earned.
